It Can Wait Scarecrow

The Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps have put together an “It Can Wait” scarecrow.

With the help of Nancy Capelle, Robert Storck, Deborah Fialla and Shawn Iannacone, the ghostly driver-turned-scarecrow is perched in a tree at 234 Danbury Rd at the WVAC house on the hill and will be moving shortly to take up residence in Wilton Center.

Flu can be Fatal: Pledge to get a Flu Shot this Season

It’s that time of year again….flu vaccination time.  The Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps (WVAC) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) urge everyone 6 months and older to get vaccinated.

Wilton Flu Clinics Offer Vaccines Starting Today

The Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corps (WVAC) is making a big local push to encourage everyone six months and older to get flu shots. With flu season now here, they’re reminding everyone that flu can be fatal. In the hopes that everyone in Wilton will pledge to get vaccinated this season, WVAC has coordinated the schedule of flu clinics in the area as well as put together some important information.
